Yesterday the Kindergarten section of
Tarbiya
Al-Namouthajiya Schools celebrated their own
Jenadriya festival. It was an
amazing event! All the
children and the staff were dressed up in
traditional
Saudi Arabian costumes, a majelis tent had
been set up in the playground area
with lots of delicious food, sweets and Arabic coffee.
Saudi Arabian music was
playing in the
background and the children danced and sang along to
it. The
children absolutely loved the
day and as an INTELP supervisor I am very happy
to see
that Tarbiya Al Namouthajiya is
encouraging the students to learn
about their own
culture at a young age. I congratulate the
organizers for
hosting such a wonderful event! Kristel
